As the holiday season approaches, the team at The Natural Energy Company would like to extend our warmest wishes to all our customers for a joyful Christmas and a prosperous New Year. To allow our team to enjoy the festive period with their loved ones, our offices will be closed from 23rd December until we re-open on Monday, 6th January 2025.
However, we understand that emergencies can arise, and we want to ensure you have the information you need should you encounter any issues during this time. Below, you’ll find the key resources and contact details for support during our closure:
Emergency Support for Daikin Heat Pump Systems
If you experience an issue with your Daikin heat pump system, you can reach out directly to the Daikin helpline at:

When you call, it’s important to have the following information ready to help Daikin’s support team assist you efficiently:

Any error codes displayed on your system controller
Alternatively, if you do not have a Daikin system or if your Daikin system is out of warranty and you experience an emergency, our sister company, Air Sourcery, is available to assist during the festive period. Please note that they will be closed on December 25th–26th and December 31st–January 2nd. Reach them via email to service@airsourcery.co.uk.
Additionally, for community-driven support, you can visit the Daikin Altherma Help and Advice group on Facebook. This group offers a wealth of tips and advice from Daikin users and may provide helpful guidance for common issues.
