Announcing Our Sister Company: Air Sourcery

This summer marked a significant milestone for us at The Natural Energy Company, and we are thrilled to share the news we've been eagerly awaiting to reveal. After many months of meticulous planning and hard work, we are proud to introduce a new sister business venture, Air Sourcery.

Air Sourcery has been established to support the service, maintenance, and repair of air source heat pumps across Scotland. As the demand for air source heating continues to grow exponentially, it's become evident that the service and repair sector has not kept pace. This is where Air Sourcery steps in. Their mission is to ensure that our existing customers, new clients, and engineers receive the high-quality support they need to thrive in this expanding market.

We understand that service and repair are crucial elements of the customer journey. Meet the Team

Air Sourcery is helmed by four key owners, including Richard and David, directors at The Natural Energy Company, along with two other experienced engineers and business partners, Ian and Kelly. Each of them brings extensive experience in heat pumps, refrigeration, and customer service. Their combined knowledge and expertise position them uniquely in the sector, allowing them to provide top-notch service and innovative solutions.
